OUR WISH LIST

As you might know, all humane societies are always in need of donated supplies to keep their shelters running. And guess what, we are one of those shelters! The Gananoque and District Humane Society has a wish list that just doesn’t come out once a year for Christmas, we are always in need of donations to keep us going!

Maybe you can help make our wish come true by donating an item to our shelter that is on the list below. Thank you so much for your ongoing support, we really appreciate it, especially the animals!

Office supplies

• Stamps
• Envelopes (#10 9½" x 12")
• Paper (white and coloured - 8½" x 11)
• ink cartridges (please call to find out which kind is needed for our printer)
• Scissors

Cleaning Supplies

• Bleach
• Paper towels
• Anti-bacterial hand soap
• Dove liquid dish soap
• Oxygel liquid cleaner
• Kitchen size garbage bags (white)
• Extra large garbage bags
• Used towels and face cloths/wash cloths for cleaning the cages

Animal Supplies

• Non-clumping, non-scented, low dust cat litter (the large bags are most helpful to us)
• Stainless steel litter boxes: large 12" x 18", small 10" x 12" - both 4" deep (Available from Hendrix and called "insert trays"
• Cat treats
• Cat toys, tree, scratching post

Miscellaneous

• Fleece blankets
• Fluorescent work light with cord reel
• Large plastic bins or containers with top
• Battery-operated Emergency Lighting
• Stainless steel food serving carts, adjustable shelves if available (Hendrix in Kingston carries a variety of these)
