OUR WISH LIST

As you might know, all humane societies are always in need of donated supplies to keep their shelters running. And guess what, we are one of those shelters! The Gananoque and District Humane Society has a wish list that just doesn’t come out once a year for Christmas, we are always in need of donations to keep us going!

Maybe you can help make our wish come true by donating an item to our shelter that is on the list below. Thank you so much for your ongoing support, we really appreciate it, especially the animals!

Office supplies

  • Stamps
  • Envelopes (#10 91/2" x 12")
  • Paper (white and coloured)
  • Heavy duty office printer/fax/copier
  • ink cartridges (please call to find out which kind is needed for our printer)
  • Scissors
  • 2 large cash boxes with key lock

Cleaning Supplies

  • Bleach
  • Paper towels
  • Anti-bacterial hand soap
  • Liquid dish soap (not lemon)
  • Latex-free rubber gloves (medium)
  • Kitchen size garbage bags (white)
  • Medium and large green garbage bags
  • A mop and bucket combo
  • Baking soda
  • Face cloths/wash cloths for cleaning the cages

Animal Supplies

  • Cat litter
  • Nail clippers
  • Stainless steel litter boxes: large 12" x 18", small 10" x 12"
  • Stainless steel individual round feeding bowls 5" x 1 1/2" deep
